In December 2005, the legendary documentary photography agency Magnum Photos teamed up with Slate.com to produce a daily gallery of Today's Pictures.
Longsight built a Drupal-based content management system that leveraged Magnum's existing image assets via an XML bridge. With a series of AJAX-style editing interfaces that allow for drag-and-drop reordering of image assets and in-line editing of captions, the editors have full control of the content and the ability to approve and upload the galleries to the live site.
